My name is Don Lantier, Broker/ Owner of Donald J Lantier Realty.  No, I am not part of a big franchise or affiliated with a brand name real estate Corporation.  My Company is small and will remain that way.  Brand names don't sell  homes if you are looking to sell, nor do brand names find the right home for you, if you are looking to buy.  Ultimately, Homes sell Homes, Buyers find Homes and Real Estate Agents should be Quality Marketers for Sellers and the Guides for Buyers and have the ability to unequivocally prove it at every turn in the transaction. Trust is not a static concept but rather something to be proven over and over again with no end until closing on a property. Then and only then will I look you in the eye awaiting your recognition of a job completed beyond reproach. Each Seller has a unique Financial situation and we are open to meeting a variety of needs and ability to pay a commission.  Commissions are negotiable and always have been.
